An overdose of the tablets might affect the kidneys. For people already suffering from kidney problems, an overdose might cause kidney failure if the effect is not reduced. In case, you forget to take a dose, do not take an overdose. Also, it must be kept in mind that no two doses must be taken within an interval of less than one hour.
